Install Virtual Box for Windows

Virtual Box is a program that lets you create a virtualized operating system like Windows, Android or Linux. The number of things you can do with it is incredible, from hacking to testing new software.

First go to the website: https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads.

In this website you can choose between the type of computer you are running now. Click Windows hosts.

It will start downloading the file.

After it is downloaded, click it to open it. The program should open looking like this:

Click Next

This screen shows all the different features Virtual Box has. For this demo we will use the recommended settings to click Next again.

Click Next

This screen shows that it will restart your network connection. So it will kick you off the internet for 30 seconds. This needs to happen in order for your Virtual computer to get internet access. Click Yes.

Finally, click install. Then when its done installing, click finish and you should see this icon on your desktop.

Go ahead and double click the icon to bring up virtual box. You should see a screen similar to this:

Most likely yours will show nothing on the left panel. This is because you do not have any virtual machines on it.
